NFL team comes with the experience and knowledge

NFL was incorporated in 2004 as a joint stock company under the auspices of the Investment Law number 8 of year 1997 with an authorized capital of EGP5 million and a paid-in capital of EGP500,000.

Thereafter, NFL continued to raise its Paid-in Capital till it reached EGP100 million with an Authorized Capital of EGP500 million.

NFL is operating under the supervision of Financial Regulatory Authority, adhere to law number 176 for 2018.

NFL is a wholly owned subsidiary of ADI.

Mr. El Badry has vast experience in the banking & non-banking financial sectors of more than 40 years. He previously worked in several of Egypt’s successful banking institutions namely Misr International Bank. He spent more than 20 years at MIBank.

Mr. El-Badry is currently the General Manager & Board Member of ADI. Mr. El-Badry has successfully undertaken the implementation of the restructuring strategies adopted by ADI’s Board-of-Directors.

Mr. El-Badry also holds the following positions:
- Vice Chairman of Al-Ahly for Insurance Brokerage ADIB.
- Non-Executive Chairman of CFI.
- Board of Directors Member of National Seeds Company.
- Board of Directors Member of Al-Ahly for Transportation & Logistics.
- Board of Directors Member of CFH.
- Board of Directors Member of CFM.

Mrs. Samar F. Abdel Gawad is an Independent Non-Executive Director at Emerald Real Estate Investment and an Independent Non-Executive Director at South Valley Cement Co. She is on the Board of Directors at Emerald Real Estate Investment, South Valley Cement Co., Al Ahly for Investment & Development and El Shams Pyramids Co. for Hotels & Touristic Projects SAE.

Mr. Khaled El-Darandaly has more than 40 years of experience in the banking & financial sector.

Mr. EL-Darandaly is the Chairman and Managing Director of Good Deal Trading Company, Chairman and Managing Director of the Egyptian - Arabian Construction Company – EGAC, & the Vice President and Managing Director of Mabany Misr Construction Company.

Also, Mr. Khaled is the Vice President of the Egyptian Football Association.

Mr. Abo El-Ela has more than 39 years of experience in the banking & financial sector, also in the asset management and capital markets.

Mr. Abo El-Ela is currently the Chairman of Golden Eagle for Paper Products Trading, Chairman of V V C for Restaurant Management, & the Vice-Chairman of Egyptiana for restaurant management (Wienerwald Egypt).

Non-Executive Board Member representing Al-Ahly for development & Investment Co. “ADI”.

Mr. Sharaf currently is the Deputy Managing Director, Cairo for Financial Investments.

Mr. Sharaf has over 22 years of experience in the Investment field. He has accumulated extensive experience in the Research, Portfolio/Funds management, and Private Equity investment areas. Shady is the Head of Research at Cairo Financial Holding (CFH), a fully fledged Egyptian Investment Bank. During the course of his work, he has covered Telecom, Real Estate, Building Materials, Consumers, and Banking sectors.

Mr. Sharaf is also a member of CFH Investment Committee which is responsible for setting the investment strategy for the assets under CFH management.

He also is an investment committee member of Bedaya Fund; a Private Equity Fund specialized in SMEs.

Mr. Sharaf holds a BA in Economics from Cairo University. He earned the right to use the CFA designation from the CFA Institute in 2004. In addition, Shady has completed the CIPM program (Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement) in 2015.

Mr. Sharaf is a member of the Performance Committee at the Egyptian Investment Management Association (EIMA), and an instructor at the CPM (Certified Portfolio Manager) program sponsored by EIMA.

Mr. Amer has more than 21 years of practical experience in non-banking corporate lending & investment banking fields.

Mr. Amer is also a non-executive board member of ADIB “Al-Ahly for Insurance Brokerage” & a non-executive board member of ATL “Al-Ahly for Transportations & Logistics”.

Mr. Amer holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the faculty of commerce - Cairo University.

Mr. Amer earned the right to use the CFA designation from the CFA Institute in 2006.

Mr. Amer also worked as a part-time instructor at the American University in Cairo – School of Continuing Education from 2007 till 2018.
